Constructed from AISI-grade stainless steel, this heavy-duty unit features a full stainless steel frame with undershelf and a powerful 42MJ dual ring cast iron burner. The three-piece machined cast iron top includes a removable center ring and comes with a removal tool for added convenience. The internal lining is made of thermal insulating refractory bricks, providing low heat conductivity and built-in spill protection. With a 900mm x 620mm cooking area, it also includes flame failure safety, manual ignition, a multi-setting gas valve, easy service access, and a removable fat spillage tray for simple cleaning.
