Yum cha steamers are compact single burner units made to keep bamboo baskets moving through a dim sum service without tying up the main wok line. DHT stocks the LUUS YCA-1, a 600mm compact auto-refill yum cha steamer with automatic water top-up so the reservoir does not need watching between rounds.
