Teppanyaki
A teppanyaki grill is a thick, solid steel plate cooked on at high heat, traditionally in front of guests, and equally useful as a heavy-duty flat plate in a back-of-house kitchen. DHT carries Goldstein 800 series teppanyaki plate griddles from 620mm to 1120mm wide and LUUS teppanyaki grills in 600mm, 900mm and 1200mm.
