Roll-In Fridges

Roll-in fridges are built so a loaded gastronorm trolley rolls straight in off the floor — no lifting, no double handling, no transferring trays between racks. Williams Ruby models come as one, two and three door roll-in fridges and freezers, with single door Garnet cabinets for smaller production runs.

They belong in bakeries, banqueting kitchens, hospitals and catering production where food is batched onto trolleys and moved as a unit. The same trolleys are typically used with Blast Chillers / Freezers for the chill down stage, with finished stock moving on to Upright Storage Fridges (solid door) or the wider Freezers range.
