Pickup is available Monday to Friday, 9am to 3pm. We will email you when your order is ready for collection.
Delivery
We deliver across Melbourne on our own truck.
Delivery is quoted per order. The cost depends on the size and weight of the equipment, your delivery address, and whether the site needs specialised access or installation. We will confirm the delivery cost with you before your order is finalised.
If you would like a delivery cost before you order, contact us with the item and your delivery suburb and we will price it for you.
Interstate and regional delivery
We deliver Australia wide through our freight partners. Freight on commercial kitchen equipment is quoted per order, because rates vary considerably by destination and by the size of the item.
Lead times
Lead times depend on whether an item is held in our Hallam warehouse or is supplier stock. Lead times shown on product pages are a guide. If a delivery date matters, tell us before you order and we will confirm it in writing.
