Benchtop refrigeration adds a chilled well to a bench you already have, without committing floor space to a full prep counter. The Atosa range here is salad bar prep fridges from 1505mm to 2005mm long, configured for six to ten gastronorm pans in 1/3 and 1/4 sizes, so toppings and garnishes stay cold and within reach at the assembly point.
