Rice Steamer
Rice roll steamers are purpose-built for cheung fun, holding a shallow steaming tray at the right height and steam pressure to set a rice sheet in seconds and slide it straight off. DHT carries two LUUS models: the RC-45 at 450mm wide, and the compact auto-refill YCR-1 at 600mm with a single burner and automatic water top-up.
