Open Face Fridges

Open face fridges, also called open deck or multideck merchandisers, present chilled product on tiered shelves with no door in the way, which lifts pick-up rates in cafes, delis, service stations and grab-and-go counters. Williams Gem Multideck models run from 1000mm to 1500mm in stainless steel or white with night blinds fitted, and Skope OD cabinets cover 460, 720 and 1100 sizes.

Doorless display costs more in running energy than a glazed cabinet, which is why night blinds matter on the Williams units — pull them down after close and the deck holds temperature overnight. Where a door is acceptable, Upright Display Fridges (glass door) are the efficient option; for a full servery see Hot & Cold Displays or Cake Display Fridges.
