Heat Lamps

Heat lamps hold plated meals and carved meats at temperature in the minutes between the kitchen and the customer. Roband bar and modular lamps suit a single plate or a short pass, while Woodson heat lamp assemblies span wider service counters from 850mm through to 1750mm. Infrared elements keep food warm without continuing to cook it, which matters on garnished plates and anything crumbed.
