Williams Pearl and Pearl Slim models come as single and double solid door cabinets, while Atosa top mount uprights range from 410 litres to a three door 1968 litre cabinet.

Think of these as the reserve behind the line: deliveries and prepped mise en place live here, and smaller quantities move out to the working stations. Feed Underbench Fridges or Preparation Fridges from them, add matching frozen capacity with Upright Storage Freezers (solid door), or switch to Upright Display Fridges (glass door) if the cabinet is customer facing.
