Glass Chillers

A glass chiller chills glassware, not a glass-door fridge — it holds beer, wine and cocktail glasses at a low temperature so drinks are poured into a frosted glass and stay colder in the customer's hand. The range is Williams GC remote glass chillers in one and two door configurations, including spring loaded models that lift the stack as glasses are taken and shelved versions for mixed glass types.

These cabinets are normally fitted into the back bar run beside the rest of the drink service, with remote condensing keeping heat and noise out of the bar. Sit them alongside Bar Fridges for bottle and can storage, feed them from Glass Washers, and cover the ice side of the bar with Ice Makers.
