Undercounter Freezers

Undercounter freezers hold frozen product at working height beneath the bench, so chips, proteins and portioned stock stay beside the fryers and grills instead of in a walk-in down the corridor. Williams Opal, Emerald and remote under counter freezers cover two to four door layouts, Skope ProSpec models are sized to GN1/1 and GN2/1 gastronorm, and Atosa supplies solid door units including four door models around 560 litres.

Most kitchens run one of these in the hot line and keep bulk frozen stock elsewhere. Pair it with Underbench Fridges in the same bench run, step up to Upright Storage Freezers (solid door) for reserve capacity, or use Freezer Drawers where drawer access suits the station better.
