Pot Washers

Pot washers take the heavy end of the wash-up: stock pots, gastronorm pans, mixing bowls, utensils and trays that will not fit a standard dish rack. Taller wash chambers and stronger wash pressure deal with baked-on residue that would otherwise be scrubbed by hand. Eswood rack and opening machines and Winterhalter utensil and large pot washers make up the range.

In most kitchens a pot washer runs beside the main machine rather than replacing it — Pass Through Dishwashers and Undercounter Dishwashers handle crockery. Allow a soak and scrap position next to it from Sinks, since pots are usually pre-treated before they go in.
