Benchtop Griddles
Bench mounted grill plates give a kitchen a solid cooking surface for burgers, breakfast, steaks and onions without giving up floor space to a range. B+S Black and B+S K+ grill plates come in 300mm, 600mm, 900mm and 1200mm widths for mounting on a bench or stand, and Roband G500XP griddles cover single phase electric duty where gas is not an option.
Size the plate on peak covers rather than an average day — 300mm fills quickly on a breakfast service. Floor-standing and heavier duty plates are in Griddles / Fry Tops, toasting alongside grilling is handled by Griddle / Toaster Combos, and the rest of the plug-in range is under Benchtop Equipment.
