Made from AISI-grade stainless steel, this fryer features a 1.5mm thick stainless steel pan with a center cool zone and a powerful multi-jet target burner. It offers precise temperature control with a ±3°C recovery differential and includes an over-temperature safety cut-out. With a 21.3L oil capacity, it also features a heavy-duty lockable oil drain valve, flame failure protection, and piezo ignition. Designed for easy servicing with front access to all components, it comes complete with baskets, wire tray, and night cover. Pan dimensions: 415mm (D) x 300mm (W) x 80mm (H).
