Constructed from durable AISI 316 marine-grade stainless steel (1.5mm thick), this 30L capacity steaming pan features an efficient multi-jet target burner with flame failure protection and piezo ignition. It includes an in-built water overflow for impurity removal, thermostatic temperature control, and a 5mm thick aluminium steaming plate. Designed for easy service with front access to components, it also comes with a Cheung Fun adapter and lightweight lid. Pan dimensions: 455mm (D) x 300mm (W) x 120mm (H).
