The Blue Seal Evolution E514C-CB is a versatile kitchen solution featuring a 2 Radiant Element with 300mm Griddle Cooktop on a cabinet base. Equipped with 2 x 2.4kW radiant elements and 1 x 3.4kW griddle element, it provides efficient and precise cooking. The radiant elements come with energy regulator controls, and the 300mm griddle section includes a 50-320°C thermostat for temperature control. The model features a heavy-duty stainless steel finish and reinforced control knobs for durability. With adjustable feet and 2 additional rollers, it offers flexibility in placement and easy mobility. Designed for easy cleaning, installation, and service, the E514C-CB also provides optional hot plate elements for customizable cooking options, with the griddle on the right-hand side as standard.
