The Blue Seal Evolution E514C-B is a versatile kitchen solution featuring a 2 Radiant Element with 300mm Griddle Cooktop in a bench model. Equipped with 2 x 2.4kW radiant elements and 1 x 3.4kW griddle element, it offers efficient and precise cooking. The radiant elements come with energy regulator controls, and the 300mm griddle section includes a 50-320°C thermostat for temperature control. The model is constructed with a heavy-duty stainless steel finish and reinforced control knobs for durability. It comes with four stainless steel bench legs with adjustable feet for stability and flexibility in placement. Designed for easy cleaning, installation, and service, the E514C-B also provides optional hot plate elements for customizable cooking options, with the griddle on the right-hand side as standard.
