The Zanussi Warewashing 505109 is a high-capacity pass-through dishwasher with NSF/ANSI 3 and DIN 10512 compliance. It offers a versatile capacity of 80 racks or 1,440 dishes per hour in high productivity mode, switchable to 63 racks or 1,134 dishes in NSF/ANSI 3 mode. The dishwasher features cycles of 45/84/150 seconds (high productivity) and 57/84/150 seconds (NSF/ANSI 3). With an atmospheric boiler, it ensures a constant 84°C throughout the rinsing cycle without requiring an external booster. The Soft Start feature protects delicate items, and slanted wash arms prevent detergent-filled water from dropping on clean dishes. The dishwasher has automatic self-cleaning cycles, state-of-the-art electronic controls, and a robust Stainless steel construction for durability. It is pre-arranged for on-site HACCP implementation and an Energy Management device, providing element protection and drain, detergent, and rinse aid dispenser pumps.
