With an adjustable temperature range from -2 °C to +10 °C, it caters to meat, fish, and dairy storage requirements. The anti-tilt runners accept GN 1/1 containers, and the unit features forced air circulation for rapid cooling and an even temperature distribution. The exterior panels are constructed in stainless steel with a Scotch Brite finish to meet the highest hygiene standards.
