Waldorf Bold RNB8806G-B is a professional 4-burner cooktop with integrated 600mm griddle, purpose-built for high-volume kitchens that demand both precision and versatility. Designed and manufactured in New Zealand, this heavy-duty unit combines open burners with a generous griddle surface, making it ideal for everything from searing proteins to batch cooking vegetables and breakfast items.

Built from 304 stainless steel with a robust bench base, the Bold RNB8806G-B delivers 31.1 kW of total power and features flame failure protection across all burners for reliable, safe operation. The 12mm mild steel griddle heats evenly and handles intense commercial use, while variable high-low burner control gives chefs the flexibility to sear hard or simmer gently. Gas-fuelled (LPG or natural gas), it's a workhorse for fast-paced venues from bistros to hotels.

With a 24-month warranty and professional-grade construction, this is a serious investment in kitchen efficiency and output capacity.
