Waldorf Bold PCB8140G is a professional 450mm single pan pasta cooker purpose-built for high-volume kitchens serving Italian and Asian noodle dishes. The 40-litre capacity with dual burners delivers rapid boil-to-simmer control, keeping pasta and noodles at the perfect texture even during service rushes. Constructed from 304 stainless steel, it's designed to withstand the demands of busy commercial environments.

The standout feature is Waldorf's patented infra-red burner system, which guarantees exceptional heat recovery—critical when you're draining and refilling the pan repeatedly. Available on LPG or natural gas and rated at 25 kW, this cooker combines speed with precision temperature control. It's the choice for chefs who refuse to compromise on consistency or cooking quality.
