Waldorf Bold GPLB8900G-LS is a professional 900mm gas griddle built for high-volume cooking in busy kitchens. The smooth griddle plate heats evenly across its full width, making it ideal for breakfast services, à la carte cooking, and batch preparation of proteins, vegetables and pancakes. With three burners delivering 22.2 kW of power and a temperature range from 100 to 290°C, this griddle handles everything from delicate searing to aggressive sautéing.

Built in New Zealand from 304 stainless steel, the Waldorf Bold is engineered for durability and easy maintenance in demanding commercial environments. The 20mm thick griddle plate retains heat exceptionally well, while thermostat control ensures consistent cooking temperatures throughout service. Available in LPG or natural gas, it's supplied on a leg stand for flexible positioning in your kitchen layout.
