Waldorf Bold GPLB8120E-LS is a heavy-duty 1200mm electric griddle built for high-volume kitchens that demand consistent, reliable cooking performance. Engineered in New Zealand and built from 304 stainless steel, this low back model with leg stand delivers professional-grade durability and a sleek footprint suited to open-plan venues and fast-paced service lines.

The 20mm thick griddle plate heats evenly across its generous cooking surface, with precise thermostat control maintaining temperatures from 100 to 290°C. This flexibility makes it ideal for everything from delicate pancakes and grilled vegetables to seared proteins and high-heat sauces. The smooth plate design simplifies cleaning and maintenance, while the 16.2kW power draw ensures rapid heat recovery even during sustained service.

Backed by a 24-month warranty and designed for the demands of commercial hospitality, the Waldorf Bold griddle combines engineering integrity with practical kitchen efficiency. It's the go-to choice for restaurants, catering facilities and institutional kitchens where performance and longevity matter.
