Waldorf Bold CHLB8120G-LS is a professional 1200mm char grill built for high-volume kitchens that demand serious performance. This four-burner, gas-fired workhorse delivers 36.9 kW of power across a cast iron cooking surface, giving you the heat and responsiveness needed for consistent char and sear. Whether you're running a steakhouse, fine dining venue, or high-turnover casual restaurant, this grill handles the pace.

Built from 304 stainless steel for durability and easy maintenance, the low-back design maximises sightlines and frees up wall space in compact kitchens. It runs on either LPG or natural gas, giving you installation flexibility across different venues. The variable burner control lets you dial in precise temperatures for everything from delicate fish to aggressive meat char.

Backed by a 24-month warranty and engineered in New Zealand to Waldorf's exacting standards, this is a grill that performs shift after shift without compromise. It's the kind of equipment that earns its place in a serious commercial kitchen.
