Waldorf Bold CHLB8120G-CD is a premium 1200mm char grill built for high-volume hospitality kitchens that demand serious performance and durability. Engineered in New Zealand, this four-burner gas-fired grill delivers 36.9 kW of consistent cooking power, making it ideal for steakhouses, upmarket pubs, hotel restaurants, and catering operations where char-grilled quality is non-negotiable.

Cast iron grates and variable high-low temperature control give chefs precise command over searing, cooking, and resting—essential for delivering restaurant-grade results night after night. The 304 stainless steel construction and cabinet base design ensure longevity in busy commercial environments, while the robust footprint suits both open kitchens and traditional fit-outs. Fully configurable for LPG or natural gas, it adapts to your venue's fuel infrastructure.

Backed by a 24-month warranty, the Waldorf Bold represents a serious investment in kitchen capability. This is the grill for venues where char matters and reliability isn't optional.
