Waldorf 800 RN8406G-LS is a heavy-duty 600mm gas griddle built for high-volume cooking in professional kitchens. Featuring a substantial 20mm thick griddle plate with smooth cooking surface, it delivers even heat distribution and exceptional durability across breakfast services, à la carte sauté work, and batch cooking. The 304 stainless steel construction resists corrosion and maintains its finish in demanding commercial environments.

Powered by two burners with a combined 14.7 kW output, this griddle reaches 290°C and is fitted with thermostat control for precise temperature management. It runs on either LPG or natural gas, offering flexibility for different venue setups. The leg stand design provides a stable, ergonomic working height, making it ideal for standalone installation or integration into existing cooking lines.
