Waldorf 800 RN8203E-B is a compact 300mm electric griddle designed for high-volume breakfast services, small kitchens and quick-service venues. Built in New Zealand with a robust 304 stainless steel frame and 20mm thick griddle plate, this unit delivers consistent, even heat from 100–290°C under thermostat control—ideal for pancakes, bacon, eggs, and flat-top cooking with minimal temperature variance.

The smooth cooking surface provides excellent contact and fast heat transfer, while the bench-mounted base slots neatly into any line without taking up floor space. At just 3.6 kW on a standard single-phase 230–240V circuit, it's energy-efficient and easy to install in venues with limited power capacity. A full 24-month warranty backs the solid construction.
