Waldorf 800 GPL8900E-CB is a robust 900mm electric griddle built for high-volume commercial kitchens. This low back model features a thermostatically controlled smooth griddle plate with substantial 20mm thickness, delivering even heat distribution across the cooking surface. The cabinet base provides practical under-bench storage, making it an efficient use of kitchen floor space in busy venues and catering operations.

Built from 304 stainless steel throughout, this griddle is engineered for durability and easy cleaning in demanding environments. The 12kW three-phase power supply and temperature range of 100–290°C give you flexibility across breakfast services, à la carte cooking, and high-capacity meal prep. It's the ideal choice for hotels, clubs, restaurants and professional kitchens where reliability and consistent performance matter.
