This British-made machine processes up to 720 plates per hour with a 500x500mm basket that holds 18 plates per rack, making it ideal for hotels, restaurants, catering operations and large venues where throughput cannot slip. Its digital LCD controls and three flexible wash programmes (1.5, 3 and 5 minutes) let you fine-tune cleaning to your load, whether handling lightly soiled glassware or heavily soiled cookware.
Built from robust stainless steel and fitted with a continuous hood clean system, the P500 keeps your pass-through area hygienic and efficient. The machine comes standard with a drain pump and includes a WRAS-compliant Type AB air gap, eliminating backflow risk. Available in both single and three-phase power configurations, it integrates seamlessly into high-speed kitchen workflows where reliability and consistent output matter most.
