Constructed from AISI grade stainless steel, this heavy-duty fryer features 2mm thick pans, efficient heating elements, and built-in thermal insulation for improved energy efficiency. It offers a programmable digital controller, a 90°C–190°C temperature range, and an over-temperature safety cut-out. Each pan holds 40L of oil and includes an inbuilt filtration system, removable refill spout, and an oil collection tank with a trolley for easy access. The unit is mobile with lockable front castors and comes with two baskets per tank. Pan size: 340mm W x 410mm D x 385mm H (280mm max oil level).
