This heavy-duty noodle cooker is built from AISI-grade stainless steel and features a 2mm thick AISI 316 marine-grade stainless steel tank for enhanced corrosion resistance. With a 42L water capacity, it uses an efficient multi-jet target burner with piezo ignition and a flame failure device for safe, reliable operation. The thermostatically controlled temperature and built-in water overflow maintain optimal cooking conditions, while a manual water spindle allows easy refilling.
