The bar/restaurant is located upstairs, combining beautifully styled interiors, moody tunes, and stunning cuisine.
The Contemporary Australian menu, which celebrates seasonal produce is a standout. Its easy to mingle at the long bar where a quirky cocktail list awaits.

DHT Solutions supplied and fitted out the bar and kitchen. The bar looks super long with the 2x 4 door Williams Boronia HB4UGB under counter fridges, looks like 8 consistent doors because one is left hand service motor and the other is right hand service.
Galah also wanted an ice maker with a super large square ice cube, so we supplied an ice maker that makes cubes so big, you can only fit one per glass.
