Winterhalter makes warewashing machines for venues where the dish pit never really stops, and DHT Solutions lists 16 Winterhalter models covering the full progression from a small bar glasswasher to a large utensil washer. The UC undercounter, PT pass through and UF utensil series are all represented, including the Excellence-i and Energy variants.

Pot and utensil washing is the largest group at 6 machines, built around the UF-M, UF-L and UF-XL cabinets that take gastronorm containers, mixing bowls, sheet pans and large stock pots that will not fit a rack machine. Four glasswashers cover bar and front of house work, including the UC-S and UC-M Excellence-i units sized for a single bar station. Four pass through machines, the PT-M and PT-L in standard and Energy Plus form, suit a dish room with a benched load and unload run and a steady flow of racks through service. Two undercounter dishwashers complete the range. Across the UC line the cabinets step up through S, M, L and XL bodies as rack size and throughput increase.
