Williams builds refrigeration for kitchens that run hard, and the catalogue reflects it: storage cabinets, prep counters, drawer modules and blast chillers built for hotel kitchens, hospitals, bakeries, pubs and high-volume restaurant lines. DHT Solutions carries 257 Williams products, covering the Cameo, Boronia, Pearl, Topaz, Opal, Quartz, Jade, Emerald and Garnet cabinet families alongside Gem Multideck open displays, Varitemp compact drawer units and the WMBC and WMBF blast chiller and blast freezer series.

The single biggest group is bar and back-bar refrigeration, with 66 bar fridges in one, two and three door layouts for under-counter service. Behind that sit 30 preparation fridges — sandwich, salad and pizza counters with gastronorm pan wells — plus 17 blast chillers and freezers from compact reach-in models up to 320kg roll-in units, and 17 glass chillers for bars and clubs. Solid door upright storage fridges and freezers account for another 27 cabinets, with 13 drawer fridges and 12 underbench fridges for tucking chilled storage directly under a cooking line or pass.
