Laselle

Ice production is the whole of the Laselle range at DHT Solutions — nine products, all crescent cube machines and the bins that go under them. Crescent ice suits bars, cafes and clubs pouring spirits and soft drinks, where cubes need to pack a glass without watering the drink down too quickly. The listings run under the Lassele LMI, LUI and LB model codes.

Four of the nine are modular ice cube makers — the LMI-300A, LMI-500AD, LMI-650A and LMI-900A — heads that sit on top of a separate storage bin so you can match daily production to the bin capacity your bar actually needs. Three are self-contained ice cube makers, the LUI-100A, LUI-150A and LUI-250A, with the machine and storage in one underbench cabinet for venues without the room or plumbing for a modular set-up. The remaining two are LB-300s and LB-500s ice storage bins, which pair with the modular heads.
