Condensing heat exchanger – reduces heat emissions. Self contained condensate collection pan – no connection to waste drain required. VHIK35 Installation Kit supplied (requires mechanical and electrical field assembly and connection ov VH31 Hood to E31D4 Oven). SK35 Stand with castors and wheel locks that fitted with 6 tray runners suitable for up to 12 half size sheet pans or 6 full size sheet pans.
