The owners approached DHT Solutions to supply all the equipment required for the bar and kitchen. They wanted a different flair to their food and wanted to have authentic smoked flavor on their menu.

DHT Solutions was pleased to supply a charcoal oven as seen in the pictures.
Plus all the other quality equipment that was supplied including Goldstein cooking equipment, a deck oven for their homemade bread, plus Williams refrigeration for the bar.
