Galah is a funky new venue at 216 High Street, Windsor. The bar/restaurant is located upstairs, combining beautifully styled interiors, moody tunes and stunning cuisine.
The Contemporary Australian menu celebrates seasonal produce and is a standout. It's easy to mingle at the long bar where a quirky cocktail list awaits — all powered by a bar and kitchen DHT Solutions designed, supplied and installed end-to-end.

The DHT Solution
DHT Solutions supplied and fitted out the bar and kitchen. The bar looks super long with the 2 x 4-door Williams Boronia HBC4UB under-counter fridges — it looks like 8 consistent doors because one is left-hand service motor and the other is right-hand service.
The owner also wanted an ice maker with a super large square ice cube, so we supplied one that makes cubes so big you can only fit one per glass.
