Front counters, servery passes and snack kitchens are Woodson territory — heat lamps over a pass, a conveyor toaster next to the coffee machine, a snack oven turning out toasted sandwiches and pizzas. Heat lamps are the largest group with seven assemblies from 850mm to 1750mm wide, mounted above a pass or servery to hold plated food at temperature. Six conveyor ovens follow, in 15A to 30A Snackmaster and benchtop pizza versions for consistent output without an operator watching the timer. Four conveyor toasters cover 10A to 30A bun and bread throughput for breakfast service and burger shops. The balance is benchtop gear that sits along the same counter: two ductless exhaust hoods, two bain maries and self-serve hot food displays, two sandwich presses, two benchtop fryers, a griddle and a salamander toaster.
