Turbochef

Turbochef equipment answers a specific problem: producing hot food quickly on sites with no room for a full cooking line. DHT stocks 13 units across two groups — the i3, i5, Sota, Single Batch, Double Batch and ECO rapid high speed ovens, and the HHC conveyor series that replaces the earlier HCW, HCT and HCS models.

Seven of the 13 are speed ovens, benchtop cabinets that turn out sandwiches, toasted items, pizzas and snacks far faster than a conventional oven and are usually specified for cafes, convenience sites, bars and franchise counters working from a small footprint. The i3 and Sota suit tight counters, while the Single Batch, Double Batch and ECO models handle steadier runs. The other six are HHC conveyor ovens rated from 35 up to 100 twelve-inch pizzas an hour, in 1618, 2020 and 2620 belt sizes, including SPLIT versions that let two products run through the same machine on separate belt halves. Together the two groups cover both an add-on oven for an existing kitchen and a standalone pizza line for a delivery or takeaway site.
