Smeg Professional covers the warewashing and oven side of a commercial kitchen, and DHT stocks 28 units across the Ecoline, Easyline and Special Line families. That includes SPH and HTY passthrough dishwashers, SPD, UD and UDA underbench machines, the SWT fresh water system dishwasher, SPG underbench glasswashers, SPO combi steamers with Steamart technology and ALFA convection ovens.

Warewashing is the larger half of the range. Seven pass through dishwashers lead it, several with steam heat recovery and fully insulated bodies, and they are listed in three phase and 15 amp single phase versions so a venue without heavy power still has an option. Six undercounter dishwashers do the same duty under a bench where floor space is tight in a bar or cafe fit-out, and two underbench glasswashers handle stemware and jugs at the service end. On the cooking side, seven convection ovens including humidified ALFA models suit bakery, reheat and banquet work, while four combi steamers in several tray capacities cover kitchens working across steam, dry heat and combination cooking.
