Scotsman

Ice production is Scotsman's specialty, and the DHT Solutions range runs to 77 Scotsman products across cube, flake, cubelet and gourmet ice. Model families include NU and NUH self-contained dice cube makers, ECM and ACS gourmet ice makers, MXF modular flakers, AFC cubelet machines and DXN and DXG ice and water dispensers, with rated outputs from 24 kg to 480 kg a day.

The bulk of the range is cube ice: 28 self-contained ice cube makers that sit under a bench with the storage bin built in, and 18 modular cube makers that mount on a separate bin. Eleven ice storage bins pair with those modular heads and set how much ice is held between production cycles. Beyond cube there are 5 modular flakers and 5 self-contained flakers for seafood display and food holding, 5 chewblet machines for soft chewable ice, and 5 ice and water dispensers for self-service counters and staff areas.
