Noaw

Delis, butchers, sandwich bars and cafe kitchens all reach for a Noaw slicer when portioning smallgoods, cheese and cooked meats by hand needs to be consistent. DHT Solutions carries the range across the NS gravity feed models, the flywheel slicers and the NSCIS stands, in medium duty and heavy duty builds.

Slicers make up the bulk of the range at 12 models. The manual gravity feed line steps through 220mm, 250mm, 300mm and 350mm blades, with medium duty units for intermittent counter work and heavy duty versions for continuous portioning through a production shift. On the heavy duty 350mm chassis there are semi-automatic and fully automatic carriage versions that run the stroke for you, plus a gear driven manual model where the operator wants more control over feed. A vertical slicer covers product that will not sit on a gravity carriage, and the Retro and Heritage flywheel slicers are hand-cranked machines for prosciutto and display counter work. Two matching stands and trolleys are stocked to pair with the flywheel models, putting them at working height on the floor rather than taking up bench space.
