Sinks are the biggest group at 64 products, spanning single, double and triple bowl units, bowls with left or right hand drainers, and sink benches sized to sit in a wash-up line. Benches follow at 38 products, flat top or with a splashback where they run against a wall, and they take the prep, plating and landing space either side of the cooking line. Above and below them sit 10 single shelves and accessories for wall-mounted storage and 8 stands and trolleys for mobile prep and transport, with chafing dishes, dispensers and an urn completing the front-of-house end of the listing.
