Ice Storage Bins
An ice storage bin holds and insulates the ice a modular machine head produces, keeping it frozen and ready to scoop between production cycles. Capacities run from compact under-bar bins through to large-format Scotsman and Lassele units storing several hundred kilograms, plus bins with an integrated dispenser for areas where staff or customers help themselves.
Bin selection follows the machine above it: match the footprint and top opening to a head from Modular Ice Cube Makers or Modular Ice Flakers, and size the bin against peak demand rather than a daily average. Where floor space is tight, a unit from Self-Contained Ice Cube Makers builds the storage into the cabinet and removes the separate bin altogether. Brands in this category include Brema and Ice-o-matic.
