Goldstein 800 X-Series plant is a familiar sight in kitchens that need heavy gas and electric cooking equipment on a standard 800mm module. DHT carries the X-Series in depth — PEB solid plate cooktops in 2, 4 and 6 plate layouts, GPEDB electric griddles from a 289mm to a 1215mm plate, and PE and PEC oven ranges in static, convection and fan forced form — alongside the BPG, TPE, RTCE and RBA families.

Oven ranges make up the biggest single group with 27 products, pairing solid plates or griddle plates over a static, fan forced or convection oven base. Fryers come next with nine models, then eight BBQs and char grills and eight griddles and fry tops in matching plate widths, seven cooktops and boiling tops, and six woks for high output stir fry sections. Six bratt pans, kettles and target tops cover bulk liquid cooking, while four teppanyaki plates including the 1120mm TK45 suit Japanese and front-of-house service. Three salamander toasters and three convection ovens fill out the smaller groups, with single listings for stock pots and pasta cookers.
