Electrolux equipment sits at the centre of a lot of Australian production kitchens, from hotel and function catering to high-volume restaurant lines. DHT Solutions carries 288 Electrolux products drawn from the Modular and SkyLine ranges, together with EMPower cooking blocks, SkyLine ChillS blast chilling and Green & Clean warewashing.

Griddles and fry tops are the largest single group at 55 models, in smooth, ribbed and split plate configurations and in both benchtop and floor-standing form. Behind those sit 33 combi ovens and 26 cooktops and boiling tops, then 24 matching infill benches and stands used to close a modular suite into one continuous run. Bulk cooking is covered by 23 bratt pans, kettles and target tops, with 21 oven ranges and 20 fryers making up the rest of the hot line. The cold and clean end of the range includes 13 blast chillers and freezers in crosswise and roll-in formats, 10 pasta and noodle cookers, nine pass through dishwashers and seven drawer fridges, so a kitchen can be specified from cooking block through to dishwashing.
