Cookrite covers the gas cooking line for cafes, takeaways, pubs and clubs. DHT Solutions stocks 108 Cookrite products, including ATRC radiant broilers and ATCB char rock broilers, ATO oven ranges, ATMG griddles, ATHP boiling tops, ATFS fryers, CRB and CRD hot food displays and ATSE stainless steel stands.

The range is spread evenly across three main groups — 24 BBQs, char grills and char broilers, 24 griddles and fry tops, and 24 cooktops and boiling tops — with 13 bain maries, 12 oven ranges and 8 fryers alongside them. Broilers and griddles come in 610 mm, 910 mm and 1220 mm widths in natural gas or LPG, so a section can be built to the width available. Cooktops and boiling tops run as benchtop units on ATSE stands or over an oven base for a freestanding range, and the CRB and CRD hot food displays span 730 mm to 2030 mm for the front counter.
