DHT Solutions stocks 105 Atosa products across the ESL benchtop salad bar series, MPF pizza prep tables, the MBF, MCF, YBF and YCF upright cabinets, MKC keg coolers, and the MSF and WDF display models.
Preparation fridges are the largest group at 20 units, mostly ESL benchtop salad bar counters from 1205mm to 2005mm holding 1/3 and 1/4 gastronorm pans, plus MPF pizza prep tables. Next come 12 benchtop refrigeration units and 12 floor standing cake display fridges for front-of-house, then 11 underbench fridges and eight undercounter freezers for a bench run. Cold storage is covered by nine chest freezers and by 670L to 900L uprights — solid door for storage, glass door for display — with bar fridges, benchtop cake displays and drawer fridges filling the gaps.
